 Famous French Buttercream

This is our most popular icing, made with European butter and a special sugar (not shortening and powdered sugar). It is light, creamy and allows us to achieve that beautiful smooth "fondant look" to the cakes ..without the taste or expense of fondant. Our special flavoring combination is a touch of lemon and orange for a very refreshing, taste that is not sickeningly sweet, that your guests will love.

Optional flavors: vanilla flavoring, rum flavoring, or lemon flavoring.
